MMC Cheerleading
The MMC Cheerleading program is open to all Middleborough youth between the grades of Kindergarten through 8th grade. This is a competitive competition group who competes in the OCYCA. It is intended to be fulfilling, nonjudgmental and provide top of the line fun for all involved.
Ages
Appropriate ages for cheerleading is 3rd through 8th grade. Flag Cheer, a separate Registration, is for Kindergarten through 2nd Grade. The squads are split up into the following teams:
Mites Cheer: 3rd/4th Grade
Peewees Cheer: 5th/6th Grade
Midgets Cheer: 7th/8th Grade
When
Practice begins Monday June 24th at 6pm at Peirce Field
Practice will be every Monday and Wednesday 6-730 at Peirce Playground.. beggining Oct 1st we will move inside and increase to a third practice on Friday 6-730 for extra practice before our three competitions in November
The competitive Cheerleading season is from August to November
Where
Practice locations will vary depending on gym availability. Coaches will notify cheerleaders on locations with adequate time.
Practices
Practice is twice a week June 24th-October 1st. Practices will then move indoors. Coaches will notify where and when
Games
Games will be on Sundays at Battis Field, located at 26 Jackson Street. Away games will be at various locations, within reasonable distance.
Competition dates will be updated on website and will be put out by each squads coach when known by program.

Uniforms items provided will be:
Long Sleeved uniform top
Uniform Skirt
Warm up Jacket and Pants
Socks
Sneakers
Pom Poms
Bows
Each family is responsible to purchase the bike shorts that go under skirts from Amazon. Please note the sizes are all listed in separate links
